Hi, I am Mara Jager.

I am a portrait photographer from Paullina, Iowa, BUT I travel anywhere. I live with my husband Kyle and two Siberian Huskies Boji and Jager. I grew up on a small family farm and went to school in a small town, when I graduated I wanted to experience life away from home. A fun fact about me is that I did not do any photography until I went to college.

I attended college and received my Bachelors in Digital Photography at The Art Institute of St. Louis in St. Charles, Missouri. I originally wanted to work with products and be a commercial photographer, but I moved home after graduation and started my business capturing portraits.

I photograph everyone and everything from pets to families to weddings to seniors. I love to travel and explore so I am always up for new adventures.
